Pleated Panel Filters (or V-Forms) are a popular HVAC product due to their low cost and long service life – a result of their pleated design. V-Forms are well suited to non-critical applications or as a pre-filter. Standard media is washable G4 rated, ideal for commercial or industrial uses such as dust, pollen, mould, spores, cement dust, spray booths, and paint shop filtration. V-Form filters can be mounted in slides or standard Holding Frames.
Pleated panel filters are manufactured in two standard thicknesses; 48 mm and 95 mm. 95 mm filters operate at a lower pressure drop and will therefore have a longer service life. Standard frames are manufactured in aluminised steel, with galvanised mesh attached to each side of the media to provide support. Customised sizes and thicknesses can be manufactured upon request. A fully Stainless Steel (304/316) frame and mesh can also be manufactured.

Typically installed with a washable G3 media, they are well suited for commercial or industrial uses such as dust, pollen, mould, spores, and cement dust.
Disposable cardboard pleated V-Forms are a low cost and easy to install pre-filter. Often installed within commercial buildings, factories, or shopping centres. Media is a pleated synthetic, and is contained within a moisture resistant cardboard frame. Pearl Filtration stock cardboards in all standard sizes and filtration grades.
Multi-pocket bag filters are available in a rage of filtration grades (G4 – F9), suitable for use as pre-filters or fine filters in an air conditioning (HVAC) system. Media is synthetic, installed within a metal frame. Their large filter surface area ensures minimal resistance, long service life, and high dust holding capacity. All standard sizes are available.
