Bag Filter Housings
Our full range of stainless steel bag filter housings are suitable for most water filtration applications. Housings are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel. For salt water or aggressive corrosive water, our range of plastic filter housings may be appropriate.

Cartridge Filter Housings
Stainless Steel / Sanitary / Plastic
Cartridge filter housings are preferred when filtration accuracy is important. Our full range of stainless steel cartridge filter housings are suitable for most water filtration applications. See also our premium range of sanitary filter housings. Housings are available in 304 or 316 stainless steel. For salt water or aggressive corrosive water, our range of plastic filter housings may be appropriate.
Filter Cartridges
Filter cartridges are able to remove much finer particulate micron ratings when compared to a bag filter. Our full range of filter cartridges are suitable for the filtration of water. Popular cartridge filters include; Depth, Pleated, PES Membrane, Capsule, Carbon, and Big Blue style cartridges.
10″ Plastic Filter Housings
10″ polypropylene filter housings provide an economical option for small-scale water treatment, or a compatible alternative for salty and corrosive water. Available with either 1/2″, 3/4″ or 1″ BSP ports, plastic filter housings can be purchased directly from our shop.
Big Blue Filter Housings
Big Blue filter housings are constructed entirely of polypropylene, and are a popular product for water treatment due to their large filter surface area and affordability. With a wide range of compatible cartridges available, Big Blue filter housings are ideal for larger-scale water treatment or as pre-filters for RO. Available with either 1″ or 1.5″ BSP ports, Big Blue filter housings can be purchased directly from our shop as single units, or as pre-assembled twin and triple configurations.
Filter Cartridges
Pearl Filtration stock a variety of filter cartridges to suit our plastic housing range, including sediment, available in depth and pleated; and carbon, available in block and granular (GAC). Cartridges for water treatment can be purchased directly from our shop.
High Flow Housings
For water treatment applications with a high flow rate, specially designed FRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic) or HFH (stainless steel) filter housings may be suitable.
High Flow Cartridges
Pearl Filtration supply filter cartridges to suit High Flow Housing models. Available in lengths 20″, 40″, 60″ and with a range of end-cap styles and micron ratings to choose from, the HF150 high flow cartridge is suitable for a range of water filtration applications. High flow cartridge systems can be advantageous when compared to regular bag or cartridge filter systems, as fewer filtration elements would be required to achieve a specified flow rate.
