PES membrane cartridges are a highly efficient hydrophilic filter, often utilised to remove bacteria pre and post production of food, beverages or purified water. Pearl Filtration’s PES cartridges have been tested specifically for bacteria removal; and are installed within several major food, beverage and wine production facilities throughout Australia.
Cartridge outer diameter is 2.5″ to suit standard and sanitary filter housings. Range of end-cap styles and gasket materials (Buna-N, EPDM, Silicone, Viton) available. Cartridges available in lengths: 10″, 20″, 30″, 40″
Filter media is Polyethersulfone membrane. Support cage, end-cap and core are all polypropylene.
