Serviceable Panel Filters (or Replaceable Media filters) are an economical filter where the media can be easily replaced when blocked. This offers significant long term cost advantages, as the cost of replacement media is considerably cheaper than a new filter frame.
Serviceable Panel Filter frames are constructed of aluminised and galvanised steel. One layer of mesh is fixed on the air-leaving side to hold the media pad in place. A removable “wire-gate” is installed in the upstream side, which secures the media whilst in operation, and can be easily removed for media pad change-out.
Installed media is typically a flat configuration of polyester HVAC media or fibreglass media.
Available in nominal thicknesses of 25 & 48 mm. Serviceable Panel Filters are manufactured in customised sizes to suit customer requirements.
