Pearl Filtration are an Australian supplier of airslide fabrics, used for conveying bulk powder materials. Often used in power plants, mining, and cement industries for dry powders such as; carbon dust, cement, lime, and fly ash. Also used in food processing for flour dust products.


Airslide media is installed within an air slide conveyor system at an incline. The incline can be kept relatively small due to fluidising air passing through the fabric, allowing dust to flow freely through the system. This method for transporting bulk materials maintains a high flow rate over long distances, whilst preserving efficiency and a low energy consumption.


Airslide fabric is a polyester material of 6 mm thickness. Media roll widths are either 1 or 1.4 m. Pearl Filtration have the capability to cut rolls to a specified length.
