Resin Bonded Cartridges (RBC series) operate with a two-stage filtration design. The outer spiral pre-filter wrap is a blend of polyester and acrylic fibres to collect large particulate, while the inner acrylic layers control removal at the specified micron rating. Fibres are impregnated with phenolic resin. Resin bonded cartridge filters are classified as non-hazardous.
Resin bonded filter cartridges are suitable for applications involving a high temperature or aggressive chemicals.
Cartridge outer diameter is 2.5″ to suit standard filter housings. Cartridges are available in lengths: 10″, 20″, 30″, 40″
