Cartridge Filter Housings
Stainless Steel (RS) / Sanitary
Both our single and multi-round sanitary housings are suitable for filtration operations and processes of wine, beer, and spirits. Our RS model housing is a suitable pre-filter to sanitary housing units.
Filter Cartridges
Pearl Filtration stock a wide range of filter cartridges. Cartridge filter products often used amongst wineries and breweries include; Polypropylene Pleated, Backwashable Cartridges, Carbon Filters and our sterilising grade PES Membrane Cartridges.
Sterile Air Filters
Filters for the purpose of sterilising air and gas streams. Common applications; fermentation inlet and outlet, freeze driers, venting, removing particles from air. Cartridges are constructed of PTFE and validated to sterilisation grades. Pearl Filtration offer an Integrity Testing Service for sterile air filters.
Steam Filters
Pearl Filtration supply filters designed to treat steam that could come into contact with product, process lines, or equipment. Cartridges are available in 304 / 316 stainless steel, can be sintered or pleated, with select models conforming to culinary grade requirements.
