Sterile Air Filters
Filters for the purpose of sterilising air and gas streams. Common applications; fermentation inlet and outlet, freeze driers, venting, removing particles from air. Steam Filters
Pearl Filtration supply filters designed to treat steam that could come into contact with product, process lines, or equipment. Cartridges are available in 304 / 316 stainless steel, can be sintered or pleated, with select models conforming to culinary grade requirements.
Airslide Fabric
This polyester media is installed within a air slide conveyor to aid with the transportation of bulk powder materials and food products such as flour. Airslide can provide a high air flow rate over long distances, as well as maintaining a high efficiency. Pearl Filtration have the capability to cut airslide media to the customers desired length.
