High Flow Elements

High flow filter elements provide an effective means of large-scale water filtration.

The elements feature a high filter surface area due to their pleated structure. When compared to alternative bag or cartridge filtration solutions, a high flow system would require a comparatively low number of filter elements in order to process a large water flow rate.

Benefits of high flow filtration include:

  • Reduced filter change-out frequencies, due to high filter surface area
  • Reduced filter change-out time, due to fewer elements being required in the system
  • Reduced system footprint
  • Reduced filter disposal costs

Pearl Filtration stock an extensive range of high flow filter elements, in all standard end-cap designs.

High flow elements are pleated 6″ cartridges, with a high filter surface area. They are ideal for applications with a very high water flow rate, and are often preferable to regular bag or cartridge systems due to the reduced footprint and number of filter elements required.

Pearl Filtration stock a wide variety of high flow elements, in each industry standard end-cap design.

High flow elements are constructed entirely of polypropylene. For high temperature applications, a cartridge of glass fibre construction is available.

Specialised High Flow Filter Element to suit P2 filter bag housings
HF1 Series: High flow filter element designed to fit P1 filter bag housings
HF2 Series: High flow filter element designed to fit P2 filter bag housings

Available Sizes: 1, 2
Micron Ratings: 0.5, 1, 5, 10

High flow filter bags are elements specially designed to fit within standard bag filter housings.

Due to their pleated structure and high filter surface area, high flow filter bags can function efficiently at much higher water flow rates than regular bag filtration.
