Standard Filter Bags
Filter bags are used in industrial filtration applications to remove solid particles from liquids. Filter bags are a cost-effective, conventional means of filtration, and offer a reliable solution in water treatment, chemical processing and food production industries.
Our standard filter bags are designed for a broad range of industrial liquid applications. With a selection of materials available in both needlefelt and monofilament, Pearl Filtration offer filter bags for:

Stock includes both welded and sewn bags, with options of plastic collar or stainless steel metal ring.

For bags constructed of needlefelt, filtration takes place throughout the depth of the filter media (approximately 2 mm). This allows economical, effective filtration of fine particulate, with retention levels available at 1 micron and below.
Both our sewn and welded filter bags are constructed of FDA compliant materials.

Monofilament is a mesh-style material, that filters particulate at the surface of the media. Single strands of material are woven together, forming a consistent pore size with high mechanical strength.
Nylon, Polyester and Polypropylene monofilament filter bags feature a sewn construction, using FDA compliant materials.
