Endotoxin filter cartridges feature a pleated nylon membrane. The membrane carries a positive charge, so that when endotoxins (negatively charged) attempt to pass through it, they are removed from the water stream.
Pearl Filtration’s ENDZ series filters feature a proven and published endotoxin removal capacity.
Cartridges are available in 0.22 micron (sterilisation grade). They are capable of producing endotoxin-free water, a requirement for certain hospital applications, and Australian dental surgeries.
