Integrity Testing
Filter integrity testing is essential for critical process applications, to verify that filter cartridges are free from leaks and structural defects. Integrity testing is typically performed both prior and after the filter’s use, to verify its integrity during its entire operation cycle.
Pearl Filtration offer a filter integrity testing service. We have the capability to perform integrity testing within our Melbourne lab, or we can arrange to visit a customer’s site in Australia if required.
Filter integrity testing can be performed on both liquid and gas filters, including both PES and PTFE membrane filter cartridges.
Pearl Filtration’s integrity test machine is validated to perform:
- Diffusional flow filter testing
- Pressure decay filter testing
- Water intrusion filter testing
- Bubble point filter testing
- Aerosol challenge filter testing
