Pearl Filtration stock filter cartridges suitable for venting air and gas.
Applications include: fermentation inlet/outlet, tank venting, lyophilises and freeze dryers, autoclaves and blow-fill-seal equipment.
Vent filters consist of a hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, which is validated to sterilisation grades: 0.2 micron in liquid; and 0.01 micron in gas.
Our vent filters are fully validated to aerosol and viral challenge. Vent cartridges can undergo an integrity test, including a water intrusion test, which can be performed by Pearl Filtration.
