What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically for each order. We do not offer free shipping, but goods can be collected from our warehouse in Wyong NSW.
What payment methods are accepted?
Our online store accepts MasterCard, VISA and PayPal. Please contact us directly to request EFT or payments via direct bank transfer.
How long will my delivery take?
We typically process orders for despatch within 1-2 days.
Allow up to 1 week for delivery to Australian metropolitan areas. For regional area estimations please contact us directly.
If ordered goods are out-of-stock, we will endeavour to notify you within 1-2 days.
What happens after I place my order?
Automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Should any of the ordered items be temporarily out of stock we will be in touch to discuss available options. Paper invoice is sent accompanying the goods. Electronic copy can be provided upon request.
